These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the payment of healthcare services provided by Dr. Vinod Raina’s Clinic (“Clinic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for patients residing outside India (“International Patients”, “you” or “your”). By using this website or making a payment via Razorpay, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 We provide healthcare consultations and medical services as described on our website.
1.2 The services are not intended as emergency care. If you require emergency assistance, please contact local emergency services immediately.

2. Payments

2.1 All international payments must be made through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway.
2.2 Prices and fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates depend on your card provider or bank.
2.3 You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion charges, or cross-border fees.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

3.1 Appointments are confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed.
3.2 Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
3.3 Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 4).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a full or partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
4.2 No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4.3 Refunds will be processed via Razorpay and may take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Medical Disclaimer

5.1 All consultations are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for accuracy and completeness of your medical history and reports.
5.2 Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care and may not be suitable for all medical conditions.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 We collect and process personal and medical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 By using our services, you consent to the use and storage of your data as required for providing medical care and processing payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Clinic and its staff shall not be held liable for delays, payment gateway failures, or technical errors beyond our control.
7.2 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

8. International Regulations

8.1 Our services are provided under Indian law and medical regulations.
8.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving medical consultation from India is permitted in your country of residence.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
