Medicine Return Policy
• Medicines may be returned within 7 days only in the following cases:
• Adverse reaction or allergy clearly caused by the prescribed medicine.
• Doctor’s evaluation confirms the issue is related to the prescribed medication.
Return will not be accepted if:
• The patient has consulted another doctor independently.
• The patient has self-medicated or taken information from Google or other non-medical sources.
Medicine Delivery Timeframe
• Medicines will be delivered within 5 hours to 14 days from the time of successful payment.
• In case of delivery failure, the amount will be refunded.
